Technology hates me.

Well hello there!
It has been a while, hasn't it?
I came back from new york a week ago (exactly a week ago) and for the whole week have been going to work, shopping for food and things (since family is gone) so I finally got down to discuss an important subject with my dad yesterday; purchasing windows.
Now as you know I have a mac, and wowmodelviewer does not work on a mac os. So I had to get a windows and install it on my mac, which I wasnt really keen to do as I bought a better computer to have a better computer. So I finally let my dad decide to let me install WoW on his windows computer downstairs, reducing the cost of my project by ~300chf. Now, I wanted to install WoW during the night, so that I could start working as soon as I woke up this morning. Nope. There is a problem with the internet on my windows downstairs, and it wouldn't install. I looked on several forums, and played around with the installation settings, but after 5 failed attempts I decided against it.
So the next idea was to connect my mac to the windows via ethernet, and simply copy and paste the WoW folder. Hah :')
After bringing my mac downstairs 2 levels, plugging everything several times (as 2 ethernet cables were broken, and the third one was connected all over the place) I sat down at both computers and opened an online guide on how to exchange files between the two. Thats twenty minutes wasted.
Opened a second guide; 30 minutes wasted.
Looked on the mac and windows forums, 15 minutes wasted.
And I simply can't be bothered. Why oh why does windows have to be so ignorant and hard to use? :(
Mac has everything set out, prepared, it gives you little "connect to windows" options and everything, while windows is all over the place, and wont let you connect to anything that is not a windows.
So yeh if you currently own a windows burn it. rage quit.
Enough complaining, I decided to (tomorrow after coming home from work) to buy a 32 GB memory stick and simply copy paste the files.
The plot is all in my head, so throughout the next two weeks ill be creating the various characters I'll be needing, and researching machinima, the history of WoW machinima, and interviewing some machinimators.
Then I might start working on the sound and music I will need and figuring out which one of my friend's voices would fit to what character...
Afterwards I'll be going to france for two weeks where I will have PLENTY of time to write the script.
And when Im back, the "filming" can begin.
