  1. Jacek,

Well done young padawan!! Excellent job! Nearing the end!

I just made a long comment, then IE crashed on me unfortunately, so I'll make this quick:

Can you make a new post, whereby you explain a bit about Machinima and THEN post your video. YOur new post should consider a demographic of people who have never heard of machinima, and don't know how hard it is or why it's cool. You should give a brief explanation of what Machinima is, the technology involved, and how it can be used to create stories like a comic book.

Then I'll forward that post to staff here at school, and others around the world. Consider that the people reading the next post will be from age 30 - 50. You should also send it out to family members and friends to get feedback.

!Nyawa! (may your spirit stand strong)

    1. Thanks Mr. Rawson! :)
I created the post as you suggested, and I hope that it's what you meant! *fingers crossed*
Thanks for your help with forwarding the video and letting people know about it!

I got some comments on YouTube, some on deviantART and some on facebook, but all replies are positive! I'm really happy! My mum and sister also loved it, and so have all my friends (so far) it seems the work has payed off from that point of view!
Now to get to that report.... *sigh*
Thanks for all the support! :D

  2. Jacek,

The other point I was going to say is that now you MUST get cracking on the paper / writeup. Remember that your writeup should NOT focus on the computer errors, but rather on the depth / analysis of the artform of Machinima. The computer errors should be but a minor tidbit in Criteria F: reflection.

Your essay should be a true "storytelling" from a Master Storyteller: you must make the reader FEEL the possibilities and beauty behind machinima; the fusion between storytelling, graphic novels, technology, and democratization of animations.
